Penum is an Australian small-batch fragrance brand operating from Adelaide, South Australia.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments.

3. Shipping

We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post delays outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by our policy. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Product Use

Penum is intended for use in domestic dryers only, applied to wool dryer spheres as directed. Do not apply directly to fabric, skin, or dryer drum. Keep out of reach of children and infants. Not for use on infant clothing.

All content on this website including copy, images, branding, and product names are the property of Penum and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Penum's liability for any claim arising from use of this product is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
