Shipping & Delivery

Every Series 001 allocation is hand-packed in our Adelaide studio to ensure the structural integrity of the bottle and the parfum. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours via Australia Post with full tracking. A tracking notification will be sent to your email once the parcel has been scanned into the network.

Shipping is a $10 flat fee Australia-wide. Orders over $100 receive complimentary shipping.

Returns

We want you to love Penum. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Change of mind: We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost. To initiate, visit our Contact page and include your order number.

Faulty or damaged product: If your order arrives damaged or with a faulty component, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue and we'll sort it out.

Performance questions: If you're not getting the results you expected, reach out before initiating a return — most issues can be resolved with a usage adjustment.

Your rights: Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by this policy.
