PENUM ships free to all Australian addresses via Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Returns

Unopened, unused product may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost. Contact hello@penum.com.au with your order number to begin.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will resolve it.
